Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) announced plan for fiscal year 2018-2022 to upgrade technology innovations, particularly digital technology, aim to support 5G and upgrade manufacturing process into Industry 4.0 focusing on the following 5 strategies in Thailand:
1st Strategy: Growth
– Developing and upgrading business, new products to create stability for organization
2nd Strategy: Green Industry
– 13 projects to develop and manage products that is environmental friendly in order to create sustainable development.
3rd Strategy: Good governance
– 1 project to improve operation management system in each company to be in an international standard.
4th Strategy: Main Strategy
– 9 projects to increase development potential of the organization through technology and innovation.
5th Strategy: Global Competitiveness
– 7 projects to enhance the global competitiveness of customers and investors
